再生可能エネルギーの活用・サービス拡大に関する、中部電力との資本業務提携について

株式会社Ｌｏｏｏｐ（本社：東京都台東区、代表取締役社長：中村 創一郎、以下Ｌｏｏｏｐ）と中部電力株式会社（本社：名古屋市東区、代表取締役社長：勝野 哲、以下中部電力）は、本日より次世代エネルギー社会の形成に向け、再生可能エネルギーの活用やサービス拡大を目的とした提携を行うことについて、合意しましたのでお知らせします。

また、本提携と併せて、Ｌｏｏｏｐが実施する第三者割当による発行する新株式を中部電力が引き受けることとし、本日、中部電力がＬｏｏｏｐ株式の一部を取得いたしました。

今後は、両社が持つ顧客基盤と経営資源を組み合わせることにより、お客さまのためのより良いサービスの提供を目指していきます。

【お客さまのニーズにあわせた太陽光発電に関するサービスの提供】
Ｌｏｏｏｐが提供する太陽光発電に関するサービス（開発・調達・O&M）と、中部電力の小売事業に関するサービス基盤、および両社の顧客基盤を活用し、お客さまのニーズにあわせた太陽光発電に関する以下のサービスを今後、幅広く提案していきます。
・太陽光発電設備の調達、施工、O&Mと、FIT制度に依存しない余剰電力の買い取りなどをパッケージにしたサービスの提供
・太陽光発電設備と蓄電池をパッケージにした、系統安定化を目的とする需給調整サービスの提供
・卒FITのお客さま（2019年11月以降、FIT制度の買取期間が終了する住宅向け太陽光発電設備）からの余剰電力の取引を実現するサービスの提供
・地域新電力と協調したエネルギーの地産地消を実現するビジネスモデルの提供

Business partnership between Chubu Electric Power and Looop to harness
renewable energy and expand servicesChubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (Headquarters: Higashi-ku, Nagoya; President & Director: Satoru Katsuno) and Looop Inc.
(HQ: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Soichiro Nakamura) are pleased to announce that a business partnership has been formed today,
with the objectives of harnessing renewable energy and expanding services to form the next-generation society.

In conjunction with this partnership, Chubu Electric Power is undertaking new shares issued by Looop through third-party allocation,
thus acquiring part of Looop shares today.

By combining client bases and management resources, the two companies will aim to further enhance their services for customers.

＜Solar power generation services to meet customer needs＞
The solar power generation services provided by Looop (development, procurement, O&M) and the retail services provided by
Chubu Electric Power, as well as the client bases of both companies will be harnessed to provide a broader range of solar power
generation services as below to meet customer needs.
・ Packaged services such as purchasing surplus power that doesn’t rely on the feed-in tariff (FIT) scheme and solar power generation
facility procurement, construction, and O&M
・ Supply and demand adjustment services that package solar power generation facilities and storage batteries with the objective of
system stabilization
・ Services to materialize surplus power transactions with customers who will be discharged from the FIT scheme (residential solar power
generation facility, of which the FIT scheme purchase period will expire from November 2019 onward)
・ A business model to achieve local production for local consumption through coordination with local power producer and supplier
companies
